Really interesting piece, I can't tell if it was manufactured but suspect it was handmade from a vintage wood pulley. Brass legs and bands at bottom, also brass rings on sides. Hand painted with the initials GR and a crown. Would fit coasters, smaller napkins, and it came on its own so I'm only guessing at it's possible use. Overall a really unique piece that would make a funky addition to a bar or table setting.
