Adorable salt and pepper set, they are hand painted miniature teapots decorated with floral tole. Their base metal appears to be aluminum and they have painted cork plug in base, with functional salt/pepper opening in "spout". Really charming set that would make a charming addition to a country/farmhouse style decorated kitchen/dining room.
