Vintage wicker/rattan picnic basket with chain catch, leather buckle closure, handle, and interior pockets/loops for cutlery. Panel on inside for cutlery and one of the leather closures are blue. Hardware on piece is all silver toned metal including rivets that hold cutlery panel and chain. Closed the piece looks like a wicker suitcase and would work as a suitcase or picnic basket.
wear consistent with age & use - one of the metal buckles was replaced (brown one) blue is original.
