Beautiful Hubley red poppies cast iron doorstop with original paint. Features cascading red poppies in white vase with black foot. Would be perfect to add a pop of color to an entryway or pantry door in a rustic or farmhouse style space.
Hubley manufactured hand painted cast iron door stops, bookends, toys and other novelty items in Lancaster PA from late 1800's through 1940's. (Door stop molds were sold in 1948 so this dates these door stops between 1894 and 1948, but since later styles had stickers and not imprinted marks this item is likely from early 1900's)
