Lovely large two toned speckled glaze storage container with swoop handle on lid and carved opening for spoon or ladle. Brown parts of glaze are almost terracotta with yellow and warm undertones, white part of glaze has lovely textural interest and is off white band around base of body.
signature on base reads boch or bach
wear consistent with age & use - lid has a small hairline crack from ladle opening to base of handle that likely occurred during firing, otherwise excellent vintage condition
