Large fine rattan basket with really interesting weaving detail, braided handle, and reinforced base. Basket moves/gives a little unlike other harder materials this seems both strong and with some give, an ideal garden basket it is rectangular with a flat bottom and a more open weaving along base.
wear consistent with age & use - no breaks - sits flat but rim is uneven when compared to level surface some corners higher than others.
