A beautiful handpainted limoges porcelain serving plate with asymmetrical handle. Designs feature botanicals and some fauna in the form of birds and insects. Hand painted details extend up on the handle and around the outside as well. Colors are cornflower blue, pale green, and red with darker fine line outlines/details.
